Just before decisive votes in the Ukrainian parliament on indispensable anti-corruption legislation, Rebecca Harms, Member of the European Parliament, travels to Ukraine.
She
will discuss problems and progress in the fight against
corruption with i.a. Vice-Prime-Minister
Klympush-Tsintsadze, colleagues from the Ukrainian
Parliament, the head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau
(NABU) Artem Sytnyk, Prosecutor General Lutsenko,
anti-corruption activists and representatives of civil
society.
Furthermore, Rebecca Harms will have meetings to discuss the situation in Donbas and recent developments regarding the establishment of a UN peacekeeping mission in eastern Ukraine.
