This week the European Council will hold a debate on EU relations with Russia. Group Presidents of the European Parliament Rebecca Harms, Manfred Weber and Guy Verhofstadt in their joint letter to President Tusk call upon the Council to bring forward a set of enforcement tools to be activated should Russia continue bombing and Syria and voilation UN Security Council resolutions.
