Green Co-President of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly Rebecca Harms is commenting on the recent incidents in South Ossetia, Georgia:
"The tragic death of the Georgian citizen Archil Tatunashvili in South
Ossetia is of great concern and my thoughts go out to his family and friends.
De facto authorities in Tskhinvali must respect the wishes and grieve of the
family and the dignity of the deceased. They must transfer his body to Georgia
administered territories immediately. They must also urgently allow the two
Georgian citizens, which have been released from detention, to leave the
non-government controlled territories.
